Since there is BF2 consider by EA as abandonware, there's no further official support for Battlefield 2 with Punkbuster and any other anti-cheat solution.
We are started work on our own solution special for BF2, to provide most relevant and effective software to clean up game from cheaters,hackers,and tweaked guys (especial for those, who keep using unallowed vars like tweaknearplane via sound.con/profile.con or similar)..
To create a true anti-cheat solution, we need to research the situation we have, gather strong team, find directions and strategy to build further plans with software upgrades.
It's all requires a lot of time, efforts and money from us; But we consider this solution will be freeware and available for everyone.

I was using AdminMap, but it does not help much without punkbuster.
